UITS InCommon Root Certificate Installer

Various sites and services at IU are using SSL certificates issued from InCommon (https://informationsecurity.iu.edu/resources-professionals/ssl-certificates.html). By default, Windows clients do not have the root certificate required to trust InCommon issued certificates. For Windows Vista/7/2008/2008R2 machines, if you have not acquired the root certificate via other methods, you can use this utility to install the necessary root certificate.
