	Special Terms and Announcements Regarding Acrobat Pro 9.0 IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT 1.) I may only install this product on a computer that I own and on which I am the exclusive or primary user. I MAY NOT GIVE, LOAN, RENT, OR SELL THE PRODUCT OR MY ASSIGNED SERIAL NUMBER TO ANYONE. 2.) I may only use this software: (a) for my personal use in the pursuit of my studies and/or work at IU, and (b) while I am a student or employee of Indiana University. 3.) WHEN I LEAVE IU, I MUST REMOVE THIS PRODUCT FROM MY COMPUTER and destroy any copies on media. (If I would like to continue to use the product, I must purchase a license to do so. I am eligible for a significant academic discount until I graduate or leave IU.) 4.) If Indiana University becomes aware of any violation of the above requirements, it will vigorously pursue sanctions under applicable university policy and notify the software vendor for further action. By obtaining a copy of the software or product key/serial number through the University, I agree that the University may disclose personally identifiable information from my education records to the vendor(s) and law enforcement authorities as needed in order for any or all of them to investigate and respond to claims that I have violated the terms of this Agreement.
