As a student at Indiana University, you may purchase the software at any
campus bookstore and install it on your personal computer. A student shall be defined as one who is enrolled
in one or more for-credit classes, or is carrying credit-bearing hours. This may be established in one of three
ways:
- by identifying that the student is currently enrolled via a valid student Identification Card
- by verifying that the student is enrolled in credit-bearing class(es) through review of the Registrar public
access screens in the Registrar IUIS system or
- a student is validated by Continuing Studies as being enrolled in for-credit course(s)
To purchase the software available through this agreement, you must provide:
- Proof of enrollment
- Identification that verifies your Indiana University ID number

If your IU department purchases a license and you use that license at work,
you do not have to purchase another license for use at home or on a laptop, provided the program is only running
on one computer at a time and the majority of usage occurs at the office. Faculty emeriti who meet these criteria
are eligible.
Faculty and staff members must be employed according to criteria defined by University Human Resource Services.
