A student shall be defined as one who is enrolled in university accredited class(es). This may be established in one of 3 ways:
- by identifying that the student is currently enrolled via a valid student Identification Card
- by verifying that the student is enrolled in credit-bearing class(es) through the Office of the Registrar or
- a student is validated by Continuing Studies as being enrolled in for-credit course(s)
To purchase the software available through this agreement, you must provide:
- Proof of enrollment
- Identification that verifies your Indiana University ID number

Per Microsoft's requirement, you may use the products on personally-owned
computers at home as long as there is a copy on a university-owned computer at work that is available for
your use. Faculty emeriti who meet these criteria are eligible.
To purchase the software available through this agreement, you must provide:
- Proof of employment
- Identification that verifies your ID number
