Software Administration Site
The Software Administration site is used to create entries in the software catalog for IUware Online. From this site a Software Administrator can enter all the information a user needs to know about a product. In addition to basic software information, the Software Admin can also set availability information, security parameters, file names for download, and CD information.

The following are a just a few of the features of IUware Online's Software Administration site.

Home

The Home page provides a quick view of recent activity on the site. You can quickly see which titles are under construction and which titles have been recently published. The contents of this page are customized to the Software Admin. The Software Administrators only see the software titles that are assigned to them.

 

Manage Software Title

The Manage Software Titles page allows you to drill down through all the categories on the site to locate the software title you need to manage. This page is also customized to the particular Software Admin. They only see the categories and software titles that are assigned to them.

Title Index

The Title Index page is the main page for each software title. All the forms used to enter and edit software information are linked from this page.

General Information

IUware Online is designed to permit maximum flexibility when posting software information, while at the same time making management easy and fast. The General Information form is just one of the forms that can be used, however it is the only form that is required. The rest of the forms are optional.

Activity Chart

The site provides both an activity log (which shows each user that has downloaded a title) and an activity chart that shows how many times a day a software package has been downloaded and how many times a day a software title page has been viewed.
